Time to make ~* =\ a while. ______________________________ ~-*--Story--*-~ Cloud/Tifa Tifa was Cloud's true love, but, after her untimely death, he realised that he should have spent more time with her. Full of regret, he relives memories good and bad because he can't have her there physically. All Cloud can do is brood about his lost love and wish that he had used each day to be with Tifa. Her death eventually triggered the memory of Cloud's best friends death, and he wonders how many more people close to him will have to die too. Yuna/Axel Axel had been through immense heartache in his life, and he told himself to never trust a woman again. But when he met Yuna the ice in his heart thawed. Axel was still sad on the outside as he fought to keep Yuna by his side always, even though they both knew that one day, both their hearts would heal and fate would seperate them. They take each day as it comes, and Axel knows he will keep Yuna in his heart forever. Rinoa/Squall Squall cherishes his memories of Rinoa, but after such a long time from being away from her, Squall struggles to keep the memories fresh in his mind. They fade away, and Squall becomes scared and angry when he realises Rinoa will eventually be forgotten. Then he reminds himself that when you truly love someone, they can never really be erased from your memories, or your heart. He carries on life, living each day in sadness, knowing his love for Rinoa could never fade away. Kairi/Sora When Kairi is taken away from Sora, both their hearts are torn in half. Sora is in agony every time he pictures Kairi's face the moment she realised she was might never see him again. He grows older, hopeful that every day passes is another day closer to when they might be reunited. Each day is, to Sora, meant to be grapsed and lived to the fullest. He does so, and even though he doesn't physically ever see Kairi again, visions of her fill his mind. Regret that he couldn't be with her and sadness that he can't comfort her pains make Sora feel worse. But, he treasures the precious visions, for at least he can see her face again, and she will always be with him. Roxas/Namine Roxas never thought he would fall for Namine, a girl he had always known. Love was something he didn't even realise he needed. Roxas captures Namine's heart, and together they struggle through life. Roxas knows he needed Namine with him always,but she seems to always be far away, even when she really is there. Roxas begs to understand her, worrying she doesnt want to be with him, but Namine, quiet and withdrawn, appears to not hear his words. Then she is pulled into the darkness, and Roxas, insides tearing to pieces, tries to grab her back. When Namine is gone, Roxas knows she foresaw this happening, and was trying to stop him being scared for her. Roxas searches for a way to find his lost love, living each day in hope of a path appearing to the darkness. Rikku/Kadaj Kadaj and Rikku were in a happy relationship, but circumstances forced Kadaj to leave her. Rikku was confused when he left,and looked around her as if looking for an answer to his sudden departure. Even though they were far apart from eachother, they stayed in love. Kadaj kept Rikku's face in his mind, as he went through painful times without her comforting touch or her bright smile to make him feel better. Rikku also had difficult times, and one day, she suddenly, impulsively, looks up at the dark sky. Kadaj is many miles away, dying in the arms of his enemy. He also looks up at the sky as he sees Rikku in his mind's eye. They never gave up their love for eachother, and Kadaj knew Rikku would always and forever wait for the day they could be reuniteD, even if it had to be in death. Zack/Aeris Zack lost contact with Aeris after they had an arguement about him leaving to be a SOLDIER. As Zack fufilled his dreams, he was too stubborn to go back to Aeris. She, in turn, felt too abandoned to search Zack out. It was only as Zack lay dying did he think of her again, and wonder why he ever lived without Aeris by his side. Zack knows he will die alone, without Aeris to sit by his side. As the rain falls, flashes of their times together enter his mind. Zack smiles, contented, as he dies. Aeris, in her church leagues away, kneeling to tend to her flowers, suddenly feels like something is wrong. She stands and prays, hoping that everything is fine. But she knows Zack is gone forever. Their days apart were days wasted.
