I took this video on August 28, 2008. Just after I came home, it started raining. I only noticed the rain because of the magnificent lightning storm outside. The video shows a slower part in the storm; at one point it was like a strobe effect in the sky, never breaking between flashes. At first, I didn't notice any thunder, but when I went outside to record this there was a constant low roar outside. There's been no break since, and as of this writing it has been about 30 minutes since I noticed.
