after watching this video i have come to the realization that i left out quite a bit of what i had originally intended to say. i guess this is due to my editing myself and also due to the lack of time in which to record a video. i shall continue with my thoughts in another video, perhaps several videos. on another note, i realize that some retardation isn't always recognized at birth... in such a case, i believe we should... to be continued...
