Since 1983, Sifu Kwan has taught traditional Fu Jow Pai Kung Fu to interested students and has trained many tournament champions. In 1994, Sifu Kwan was elected Vice President of the Eastern United States Kung Fu Federation. In addition to traditional classes, Sifu Kwan teaches Chinese Lion Dancing.
